Bijoux jewelry are proudly crafted in the United States. The experienced jewelry craftsmen are located in Southern California.
Do you have a physical location?
The Bijoux jewelry team aims to bring the best value to you and have decided to operate solely as an eCommerce company. With the reduced overhead, we can focus on bringing the best products to our customers for the lowest prices.
Are shipments insured?
Yes, every shipment is insured through our shipping vendor.
What is your warranty policy?
We fully guarantee our products from manufacturer defects. If there are any manufacturer defects, we will ask you to return the damaged item with its original packaging to us for an exchange or refund. We will determine the best approach to provide to you an exchange or refund for your lovely & wonderful jewelry! Our warranty excludes any damages caused by the user or caused by normal wear and tear. In all cases, Bijoux Jeweler will be the sole determiner of a resolution.
What countries do you ship?
We love all of our customers from around the globe. However, at this time, we can only ship products to purchases made within United States. We are working hard to expand globally. Stay tuned! How am I notified about my order and shipment?
You will receive an order confirmation email after an order is submitted and the transaction successfully processed. When the product ships, you will receive another email that contains the shipment tracking number. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact form.
How can I return a product?
We will gladly honor returns within 30 days of purchase. The returned package must include all original items (without any damage) and the jewelry box/packaging. See our Shipping & Return Policy page for more details.
